RETURNS

  • Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS

PROCSSING TIME

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Processing Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders of R500 or more qualifies for free shipping.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • General Shipping: 2-5 business days
    • Free Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays).

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

  • Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 5 hours.
  • Tracking: You can track your order through supplied tracker url.

 

SHIPPINH TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

  • Limitations: Our store ships to addresses within South Africa, and does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Availability: Sorry to say, we do not ship internationally.

 

DAMAGES

  • Shipping Damage: If you received your order damaged, please contact us via the contact page, and will resolve the matter as soon as possible.
  • Steps to Take: Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

  • Non-Delivery: If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Incorrect Address: If the address provided was incorrect, and the package/s has not sent, we can correct this with no additional issues. If the courier was already collected, we will attempt to correct the address, but additional charges maybe incurred, that are out of our control.
